Shipping & Returns


We deliver via Australia Post for orders smaller than a carton.

Carton orders will be delivered via Couriers Please. A signature will be required for deliveries to be completed and if one is not available a note will be left on the premises to advise that there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt.

Unfortunately carton orders cannot be ship to PO Box addresses.

If the carton is undelivered and needs to be resent, the customer will be charged an administrative fee of $15 before the cartons are redelivered.

Orders will take approximately 3-5 business days from the date of purchase to arrive to you if goods are in stock.

Delivery is Monday - Friday between 9am & 5pm.

Goods must be returned within 7 days in a saleable condition with the original invoice as proof of purchase. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit against your membership for future purchases.
